Wallinvent's innovative partition system is the result of an intensive design and engineering process combining scientific and empirical techniques — resulting in an exceptionally simple assembly system. The kit system holds a granted patent.
The kit system is made up of three interconnected components:
Para poder colocar los módulos de revestimiento sobre los pilares extensibles que conforman la estructura resistente, como elemento de transición y sujeción disponemos los clips-anillas alrededor de los pilares, que tienen un paramento plano para recibir, acomodar y sujetar el soporte del revestimiento.
La parte visible del tabique una vez esta instalado completamente, son los módulos de revestimiento. Los pilares extensibles y los clips-anillas quedan ocultos entre las dos caras de revestimiento del tabique.
Estos módulos son un soporte de madera revestido en su cara exterior de multitud de posibilidades estéticas (como puede ser: melamina, piedra natural o impresión digital).
Un conjunto de ellos integran la estructura resistente del tabique. Son de sección redonda, y el material que lo compone fundamentalmente es aluminio, lo que hace que sea extremadamente ligero. El pilar es extensible y alcanza un rango de alturas suficientes para cualquier techo.
La fuerte carga axial del pilar se transmite al suelo y al techo, mediante un elemento de transición y de alto coeficiente de rozamiento. La unión de la carga axial, con unos elementos de alto coeficiente de rozamiento consiguen la inmovilidad y fortaleza del pilar, sin perforar ni dañar el suelo ni el techo.
